Patty Chen, Esq.
Patty Chen, Esq. is an associate attorney in the class action department at Wilshire Law Firm. A strong proponent of consumer rights with an extensive background standing up for victims and their families, Patty works with Wilshire Law Firm’s other class action attorneys to devise legal solutions that protect consumers from corporate misconduct.
Patty possesses substantial experience interviewing clients, drafting motions, conducting legal research, and participating in mediation. She was a law clerk at Bet Tzedek, the Los Angeles HIV Law and Policy Project, the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s office, and more, developing an empathetic approach that places her clients first.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Patty received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law with a specialization in Public Interest Law & Policy. During her time at UCLA, Patty actively pursued meaningful opportunities to make a difference in the lives of others, including volunteering with 2 of the School of Law’s El Centro Legal Clinics.
