Gregory Stuck supervises the Pre-Litigation Department at Wilshire Law Firm alongside his colleagues. He strives to obtain optimal results for the firm's clients and to ensure that cases close in an efficient and timely manner. Gregory believes that the secret to success in any case is in the details; focusing on excellent presentation, preparation, and relentless advocacy.
Greg has extensive experience across the board in personal injury – coming from his own personal injury practice before joining our firm. While in law school, he joined up with a local attorney to introduce the school's first personal injury course. Between graduating law school and starting his own firm, Gregory worked with multiple personal injury firms throughout California, focusing on catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, medical malpractice, wildfire litigation, premises liability, and auto accident cases.
Gregory obtained his undergraduate degree from Berkeley, where he majored in European history. He then went to the University of San Francisco – where he earned his Juris Doctor while working full time in personal injury law firms throughout the Bay Area.
Giving back to his community is important to Gregory – who has been a supporter of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyer Charities since 2017. He can be found volunteering at one of their many events – providing much needed support to children, survivors of abuse, persons with disabilities, and the local homeless population in the greater Los Angeles area. Gregory is also a proud supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
