Carlos Montoya, Esq.
Carlos Montoya, Esq. is an associate attorney in Wilshire Law Firm’s labor and employment department. A knowledgeable, insightful advocate on behalf of wronged employees, Carlos and the firm’s other labor and employment attorneys devise practical and sophisticated legal solutions that protect workers from employer’s unlawful practices.
Prior to working as an attorney, Carlos served as a member of the City of Huntington Park’s City Clerk’s office, where he handled and managed the City’s property damage and restitution claims, ensuring that unnecessary costs were not passed onto the taxpayers.
Carlos received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he engaged extensively in out-of-class experiences to broaden his leadership capabilities. He later received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School.
